Just Baked. some cupcakes!

Our signature cupcake/cake is Red Velvet. Our goal is to experiment with all sorts of cupcakes!
Today we tried out a cookies n' cream cupcake. They turned out AMAZING and they look really cute too.

Most of our business is aimed toward realtors and business people.  We love to cater events and deliver our goods rather than someone coming to us. It's the modern day bakery!

Thanksgiving!

This Thanksgiving season has been a lot more busy than we expected! Thank GOD for pies!  This event was for a mortgage company who ordered 70 MINI pies.  So we did the traditional pumpkin cream pie.  Our own twist of the pumpkin pie.  Delicious and cute!

Events!

Our goal is to cater special social events for other businesses.  We've had a blast so far and had the opportunity to cater a Diamond Show. Our german chocolate brownies and pumpkin rolls were a hit!

Red Velvet Cake

What exactly is Red velvet cake? What does it taste like? Chocolate? Vanilla? Nobody really knows! Velvet cakes date back to at least 1873  the reaction of acidic vinegar and buttermilk tends to better reveal the red anthocyanin in the cocoa.  Bakers used boiled beets to enhance the color of their cakes.
